Project Objectives:
To set up an infrastructural and institutional arrangement to meet the sustainable circular economy of solid waste in Barauni, Bihar.
Project Outputs
Situation Assessment of Solid Waste Management; Communication strategies to document and facilitate behavioural change through participatory approaches; Development of web portal and mobile applications; Training & capacity building for ULBs; Setting up of infrastructure for aerobic composting and organic manure production with financial and institutional support of ULB; Establishing a door to door inorganic waste collection enterprise for the locality with the financial and institutional support of ULB
