Living Lab Alleppey team along with the research team from IIT Bombay met with TK Sujith, Municipal Secretary, Cherthala to discuss the ongoing Save AS Canal Project.
The team also attended the organisation committee meeting held by the Municipality to discuss the mass cleaning event being planned for the first week of October. TAGS’s technical team presented on the methods of data collection.
The meeting touched upon aspects like how the mass cleaning event can be carried out, the importance of public participation , and also on the distribution of responsibilities among the canal committee and organisation committee of the event.
