The “Cheloth Cherthala” campaign, a comprehensive solid waste management initiative led by Cherthala Municipality, officially began with the launch of its cleanliness survey. Municipal Chairperson Shirley Bhargavan inaugurated the one-day volunteer training and survey on Saturday.
The training for volunteers was conducted under the guidance of Municipal Secretary T.K. Sujith, N.K. Prakashan, M. Rajesh, Drishya Vishwan, IRTC State Coordinator Jayan Champakkulam, and Health Supervisor S. Sudeep.
The CANALPY & Living Lab Alleppey team provided essential technical support for the survey.
